Take Our Community Action Survey
Every two years CSET conducts a Community Action Survey to gather community feedback on the current conditions, issues and goals important to Tulare County residents. CSET is asking for ideas from Tulare County residents about how to open more opportunities for economic advancement and security for everyone who lives here.
As the community action agency for Tulare County, our mission is to strengthen youth, families, and communities. Our purpose is to reduce the causes of poverty. We envision healthy, prosperous, and safe communities - communities where children want to live when they grow up because life is good.
Community Services Employment Training (CSET) serves to reveal the greatness that is in everyone, by providing education and training, facilitating youth and community development, and creating jobs and resources.
We are inspired by the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.: "Everybody can be great, because everybody can serve."
