Town Council
Town Councils exist in the rural, unincorporated towns of Goshen, Tipton, Ivanhoe, Pixley, and Earlimart. These small populations communities face a different set of challenges that range from gang violence to high unemployment rates. CSET provides technical assistance to help residents organize life-changing initiatives that improve current quality of life for adults and set up brighter futures for their children.
