CSET

CSET offers a program that can provide housing assistance to Tulare County residents in an emergency situation.  Participants must meet eligibility requirements for assistance with rent, mortgage and first month's rent.  The same clients are not eligible to receive assistance year after year unless there are documented extreme hardships.

Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) funds have been depleted.  Program information will be updated if/when CSET receives additional funds.
