***As you may know, the state and federal government is planning to reduce funding for many services.  Due to the current budget situation, the First Time Home Buyer program will change significantly.  Effective February 22, 2011, the program will freeze funds that offered gap financing to local residents.  CSET and the City of Visalia will continue to provide home buyer education for the New Construction Deferred 2^ndMortgage Loan Program.
