Mary Alice Escarsega-Fechner was hired as CSET’s Executive Director in July 2012. Prior to being selected as Executive Director, Mary served as CSET’s Deputy Director for Workforce Operations for 2 ½ years. She also oversaw CSET’s Community Development and Youth departments for 13 years while serving as Community and Workforce Development Division Director. Prior to serving as Deputy Director, Mary was Vice President of Administrative Services for Family HealthCare Network for three years.
In addition to her work experience, Mary has a long history of community involvement. She is a member of the Tulare County Housing Authority Hardship Committee, County Center Rotary and alternate for the Tulare County Probation Realignment Committee. Mary is a member of the Tulare County Gang Task Force Executive Committee and College of the Sequoias Foundation Board of Directors. Mary is a past member of the Tulare County Mental Health Board, Family HealthCare Network Board of Directors and Tulare County Freeze Relief Task Force.
