Workforce Development
CSET provides workforce development through the Tulare County Workforce Investment Board (TCWIB) and the Kings/Tulare Area Agency on Aging (Senior Employment Program). CSET has been contracted by the Workforce Investment Board of Tulare County to operate Employment Connection One-Stop Centers in Tulare, Visalia and Porterville.
At each Employment Connection location, job seekers will find a Resource Lab equipped with computer and Internet access and hands on help from staff on creating resumes and searching for employment.
