Our Impact at a Glance
Since 1976, CSET has worked to improve the quality of life for those who call Tulare County home. Our mission is to inspire youth, families, and communities to achieve self-reliance through innovative pathways and collaboration. Every year, we serve more than 11,000 local residents through a wide variety of services including job training and placement, family services, utility assistance, youth leadership, education pathways, food security, and more.

Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan helps CSET better serve residents and the community and strengthen the agency. The culmination of this process is a Plan clearly charting CSET’s path to effectively guide residents to self-sufficiency in Tulare County. This Plan will also serve as a guide for implementation and evaluation of programs as well as maintain our focus on providing excellent customer service.
Community action plan
Every two years CSET prepares a Community Action Plan to ensure we are providing the services our residents need. The Plan helps guide programs and priorities for future years.
