ABOUT SAFE
The SAFE (Strengthened Abilities Foster Empowerment) program provides services to the Mental Health Community and is designed to help individuals find and keep competitive jobs within their field of interest. SAFE provides customers with the support and resources needed to ensure a successful outcome for the trainee as well as the training employer.
SAFE is a referral-based program. You can inquire about a referral through Tulare County Mental Health such as the Visalia Adult Integrated Clinic, the Porterville Adult Clinic, or the Central County One-Stop Clinic.
